32 ounces weight Velveeta Cheese Loaf
10 ounces weight Rotel
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Breakfast Premium Pork Sausage
7 ounces weight chopped green chilies
1 whole yellow onion
1 whole jalapeno, or more to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and onion in a large nonstick skillet, breaking the sausage up as you go. Once browned, drain off some of the fat. Chop the cheese block into cubes and add the Rotel, green chilies with juice and all. Cook over low heat until it all starts coming together. Then stir in the diced jalapeno. Serve with chips.
