½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ tbsp fresh thyme
1 can corn (drained and rinsed)
1 can creamed corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz sour cream

¼ cup butter, softened
1 tbsp honey
½ tbsp powdered sugar
Pinch nutmeg

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Grease or butter 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish
3. Melt 1/2 cup butter with fresh thyme
4. Mix melted butter, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and jiffy mix until combined
5. Pour mixture into greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
6. While baking, mix together 1/4 cup softened butter, honey, powdered sugar, and nutmeg. Set aside.
7. Cut into squares and serve with honey + compound butter
