Boneless skinless chicken breast - slice into long narrow slices
flour w salt and pepper
EVOO
Balsamic vinegar
Pignoli (pine nuts)
salt/pepper

Directions:

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Dredge chicken through flour and tap off excess flour.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Cook until chicken is golden, then flip the pieces over and cook on the other side until it is golden, about 6-8 minutes total.

Add balsamic vinegar and pine nuts.

Reduce heat to medium low and cook until it’s reduced by half and chicken is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
