3/4 c sugar

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c milk

1 c flour

Reserved: 1 c sugar, 1 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of pan with fruit and juices

Mix together sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk and flour. Pour batter over fruit.

Mix together 1 cup of sugar and 1 tbs flour. Sprinkle on top of batter. Pour 2/3 cup boiling water over all.

Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes
