30 oz tomato juice and 5 cups water
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup barley
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cups chopped carrots
1/4 cup dried mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp minced onions
1/2 tsp basil
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain barley and lentils. Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for about 1-1/2 hours until the lentils and barley are soft. Stir occasionally.
