1/2 c chopped nuts

combine all ingredients, press into 9X13 pan. Bake at 350ºF until golden

Let cool
 

Step 2: 2nd Layer

8 oz cream cheese

1 c powdered sugar

1/2 carton cool whip (6 oz)

Combine all ingredients until a fluffy spread. spread over cooled crust.
 

Step 3: 3rd Layer

1 box instant chocolate pudding

1 box instant vanilla pudding

3 c milk

1/2 carton cool whip (6 oz)

chopped nuts

Directions:
mix instant puddings and milk together. Spread over 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and chopped nuts.
