2 cans sweet potatoes/yams
Small can crushed pineapple
Marshmellows

Directions:
Beat the eggs and 2 cans of sweet potatoes as well as the pineapple (drain 1/2 the juice) for 10 minutes.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add the marshmallows to the top a few minutes before removing from the oven. Let them bake until the begin to brown.
