2 cups flour
1 tbsp ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening 1st then add sugar. Beat in eggs and molasses. Add dry mixture. Form balls and roll in sugar.

Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes
