1 round steak - approximately 2 lbs.
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil or shortening
Kitchen Banquet gravy flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving size pieces.
Dip in seasoned flour
Brown lightly in skillet with vegetable oil or shortening
Remove steak from skillet and place in baking pan
Mix a thin gravy by using the drippings in the skillet. Mix in two heaping tbsp of the seasoned flour you used for dipping. Add some Kitchen banquet according to directions on the bottle. Add about a cup of water or more if needed. Stir and bring to boil. When it thickens, remove from heat. It should be a thin gravy. If not, add a little more water and bring to boil again. Pour the gravy over the steak and bake covered in a 250 degree oven for 5 hours.c
