Ingredients:  
2 c sugar

1 c white syrup

1/2 c water

2 c raw peanuts

1 chunk of butter (1 T. butter)

2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, cook til soft all stage (238ºF) Add raw peanuts and cook to hard crack stage (310ºF). Take off stove and add butter and baking soda.

While still foaming, pour into greased cookie sheet.

Let cool 1 hr then break into pieces.
