Ingredients:  
Potatoes (enough to fill your baking dish) about 4 or 5 large
Bacon - 6 slices (uncooked)
Stick of butter or margarine
Salt
Pepper
1 to 2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes and place them in baking dish or 9 x 13 pan
But margarine or butter into slices or chunks and place miscellaneously around the potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste - Just sprinkle over the potatoes
Add milk to cover the potatoes - Leave room in top of pan (about 3/4 inch) so it doesn't boil over in oven.
Place bacon slices over the potatoes and milk.

Bake in 350 oven until potatoes are tender and bacon is cooked. (about an hour).
But keep a close eye so it doesn't burn.
