½ C Mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove pressed
½ tsp basil, thyme, tarragon, dill weed
2 6 oz. fish
¼ C white wine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Butter a baking dish, spread each side of the fish with sauce and place in dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400º. Pour wine around fish and bake for 17 minutes. Pass remaining sauce.
