10 medium potatoes, peeled
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
4 tablespoons butter
milk to thin (start by around 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped chives
salt and pepper
paprika





Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until they are cooked and easily poked with a fork.

Add butter to hot potatoes until melted. Beat sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add to buttered hot potatoes. Add milk until right consistency. Then add chives and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a well-greased (2-quart) casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Or put potatoes in crockpot and keep on warm for couple hours.
