3 (10 Ounce) Frozen Corn Kernels, thawed
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 1/2 TSP Salt
3 TBSP Sugar
1/4 TSP Black Pepper
3 TBSP Butter
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
3 TBSP Flour
1/4 Cup & 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over high heat, combine the corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter. Once mixture comes to boil , reduce heat to low and allow corn to cook thoroughly, 45 minutes up to 1 hour. Once cooked, in a small bowl combine milk and flour and whisk together, add to corn mixture until it's thickened. Remove from heat, add Parmesan Cheese.
