Sweet corn
Olive oil
Black pepper
Bacon
Softened Butter
Cotijlla cheese (can substitute grated parmesan or pecorino romano)
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Husk and desiring sweet corn

Coat corn in olive oil, and black pepper.

Wrap in aluminum foil

Cook on grill for 20 minutes, rotating every 4 minutes.

Cook and crumble bacon.

Mix butter and bacon bits.

Coat corn in bacon butter.

Roll corn in a plate of crumbled cotijlla cheese.

Top with cilantro (if you don't have the soapy gene).
