2 lbs. ground beef
1 - 29 oz. tomato sauce
1 - 29 oz. can Kidney beans with liquid
1 - 29 oz. can Pinto beans with liquid
1 medium onion
2 green chili pepper
1 stalk of celery
3 medium tomatoes
2-3 tsp. cumin
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 ½ tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. water

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion. Add all other ingredients and simmer over low heat, stirring every 15 minutes for 2 to 3 hours.
