1 cube of butter
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
In a large pan (ingredients will bubble), stir all ingredients except for vanilla. Bring to boil. Simmer until slightly thickened about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
