Bread pudding: Loaf of day-old French bread (16 oz.)
2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
1 cup water
6 eggs, beaten
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 apple (grated)
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, cut up and softened
Bourbon sauce: 3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. AP flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. bourbon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix evaporated milk, water, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add in cubed bread, pineapple, apple and raisins. Stir in butter and pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake 35-45 minutes or until set.

Bourbon sauce - melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and cook 5 minutes. Stir in sugar and cream, cook 3 minutes. Add bourbon, vanilla, nutmeg and simmer 5 minutes.
