Cake:
1 cup water
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
1 stick butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. For the cake, bring water/butter/cocoa to a boil and remove from heat. Add sugar/flour/baking soda to the hot mixture until well mixed. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour onto greased sheetcake pan and bake 20 minutes. For icing, mix all the ingredients and ice cake while it is still warm.
