3 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix 1st five ingredients. Sift dry ingredients separately and add to wet. Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1-1 ½ hours.
