1 stick of salted butter
1 can (15oz) whole kernel corn
1 can (15oz) cream corn
2 cups (16oz) sour cream
2 boxes (8.5 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt melt stick of butter in 3qt casserole dish while oven is preheating. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture over melted butter and gently combine. Bake 40-45 minutes.
