Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large jars of Ragu sauce (I like the one with cheese) — have another jar on standby
No bake noodles
2 lbs of sausage
2 lbs of hamburger
Cottage cheese (small curd)
2 large bags of mozzarella cheese (Probably 8 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the sauce in a big pot. Brown the meats and strain and then add to the sauce. If it’s too thick add that extra sauce.

Now to build the lasagna...I use 2 9x13 glass pans. Lay in the no boil noodles. Add the mixture of the sauce and meat. Add just small spoonfuls of the cottage cheese and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Now repeat without more cottage cheese. Repeat all steps to make the other pan of lasagna.

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. You’re looking for it to be brown and bubbly.

Let it stand for about 10 minutes and then serve. This should feed like 16 adults.
