Directions:
Prepare Oven Ready flat (not rippled) lasagna noodles (follow directions on box)

Prepare Béchamel
- 1 stick of butter in sauce pan on medium high until melted
- Add about 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour and stir until it looks like mashed potatoes
- Add warm milk 1-2 cups, lower temp to low
- Stir until it’s the right consistency (if too soupy, add flour, if too thick, add milk)

Spread some béchamel on bottom of casserole dish. Lay out lasagna noodles until bottom is covered. Spread béchamel on top of noodles.

Lay out slices of fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, dollops of ricotta cheese, dollops of your choice of tomato sauce, grated Parmesan....

Repeat until you're happy with number of layers. Cover top with béchamel, mozzarella, Parmesan, and tomato sauce (here & there). Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
