Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef (use lean, there's enough flavor in this dish without the fat.)
1 or 1 ½ cups of pizza sauce (the original ingredient was Little Caesar's Crazy Sauce, leftover from the night before, maybe a couple nights before.) (I still think that's the best. Spaghetti Sauce doesn't have all the spices and the thickness of pizza sauce, but if you're in a jam, it'll do.)
1 cup of chopped pepperoni (More or less) (Slice round stuff with scissors)
1 cup of sour cream (Sure, you can use low fat, but the other stuff is going to taste better)
Some sliced mushrooms (I always say the more mushrooms, the merrier, but my best friend is allergic, so I've had to alter the recipe for him. I guess he's worth it.)

* If you want to make this stuff with ground turkey or chicken or even ex-wife, I don't care. I eat red meat and I'm proud of it. America, land of the fat.

Once upon a time...okay, reality check. One day, the family was hungry, Mom was tired, the refrigerator was sparse, the budget was dead. I put together this dish out of leftovers. It's not real hard, you just have to understand what foods match up, that is combine without any explosions, and you can create food, too.

Saute, (that translates into scramble fry for the culinary-illiterate) the ground beef till it's about ¾ done. Add the pepperoni and some ground pepper and garlic. Continue cooking until ground beef is done. (Done = Gray, not black, DAD) Add the mushrooms, unless you're cooking for Keith, and the pizza sauce. Cut the heat down and simmer (cook slow, stirring occasionally) for ten or fifteen minutes. This just gives all the flavors a chance to blend. If you're hungry, you can actually skip this step. Then add the sour cream, continue simmering till it's heated through...serve with a little parmesan cheese on top. I usually serve this over wide noodles. I would serve them over egg noodles, like beef stroganoff, except Mom's allergic to eggs. This recipe will serve 4 to 6 people, depending on how big the people are. I've served more, and I've also made a triple recipe for my college friends studying for mid-terms who ate it in one night. Three of them. Must be good food.
