4 sweet potatoes 4 cups water 4 cups chicken stock 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup tomato sauce 3 tbsp 1/2 and 1/2 2 tbsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp pepper dash of thyme 1 cup split cashews

Bake potatoes 1 hour at 375 degrees peel and put in large bowl mash potatoes not overly smooth. In a skillet put all other ingredients bring to a boil Reduce to a simmer add potatoes and cover for 60 min.
