3 C Sweet Potatoes - mashed
½ C Butter - melted
2 Eggs - slightly beaten
1 C Sugar
⅓ C Milk
1 T Vanilla

TOPPING
1 C Brown Sugar
⅓ C Flour
1 C Chopped Nuts
⅓ C Butter - cut butter in
Directions:

3 C Sweet Potatoes - mashed
½ C Butter - melted
2 Eggs - slightly beaten
1 C Sugar
⅓ C Milk
1 T Vanilla

Mix together; Pour into buttered casserole dish; Top with:

1 C Brown Sugar
⅓ C Flour
1 C Chopped Nuts
⅓ C Butter - cut butter in

Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-35 minutes

Our neighbor at 112 SPID in Corpus Christi - Amy Combs, was spending the Thanksgiving holiday (2004) away from her family and joined us for dinner. She was stationed there with the Air Force. She brought this wonderful dish from her family favorites to share (along with the recipe). It has since joined our collection of favorites.
