1 cup mayo
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 tin chopped water chestnuts [optional]
1 pkg Knorr veg soup mix
1 pkg frozen spinach
Pumpernickel bread

Drain spinach well. combine remaining ingredients. Add
spinach, prepare a day ahead if possible.
Fill in the bread
