FILLING:
29oz Canned Sweet Potatoes ( drained)
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3 tbs Butter ( melted)
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

TOPPING
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Pecan Pieces
3/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
3 tbs Flour
3 tbs Butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) In medium size bowl, combine all the filling ingredients. Whip with electric mixer until mixture is fluffy. Spread into 8x8 baking dish.
3) In medium bowl mix all the topping ingredients together. Breaking up any large clumps. Evenly spread topping over sweet potato mixture.
4) Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
