3-1/2 cups very warm water
3 Tbsp. yeast
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter
4 tsp. salt
7-8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast and water in a bowl or mixer with a tablespoon of sugar and let it sit until frothy. (About 5 mins.) Add sugar, oil and salt, to yeast mixer. Add flour gradually until you have soft elastic dough. (slightly sticky) Mix for 5 mins. in mixer or 7 min. by hand. Cover with towel or plastic wrap. Let rise for 1 hour. Punch down dough and roll in to 36 balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rolls raise for 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 400º 12-14 minutes.
