20 plus pound Turkey
2 bags patridge farm corn bread stuffing
2 large yellow sweet onions diced
2 large carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
4 large habaneros seeds removed chopped coarsely
6 cloves garlic chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in Olive oil until starting to turn Brown add carrots Habaneros celery garlic continued sauteing until golden Brown Add this to 2 bags of stuffing and about 28 oz chicken stock until slightly moist. Lightly stuff both cavities of the Turkey and close front cavity with twisted paper clips
