Ingredients:  
6 cups diced potatoes
3 cups chopped onion
3 cups diced carrot
2 cups diced celery
1 litre cream. Blend
1-2 litres whole milk
Haddock, Shrimp,Scallops, Lobster, Muscles, salmon (any combination)

Seasonings:

3 tsp thyme
2 tsp pepper
3 tsp salt
3 tsp Old Bay
Chicken broth Approx 3 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery and carrot in oil till tender.
Add broth.
Add potato and seasonings. Simmer till tender.

This can be done in advance and refrigerated.

Add seafood and cook 5-10 mins.
Add cream and milk
Garnish with lemon squeeze and green onion and/or parsley
