6 lbs. sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten lightly
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 T. butter melted
1/2 c. milk
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. vanilla
Topping:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar packed
4 T soft butter
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Wash and cut the potatoes into chunks. Bake until soft, approx.30-40 min. Cool and remove the skins. Put in a large bowl and mash. Add the eggs. Mix well. Add the butter, milk and salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix but leave it a bit chunky. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Make the Topping. Mix all the ingredients together expect the butter. Using your hands work the butter into the ingredients. Spread over the sweet potatoes. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
