3 eggs, beaten
bread slices
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the beaten eggs into a bowl wide enough to place a slice of bread in. Place a slice of bread in eggs and coat both sides with the eggs. Sprinkle cinnamon on bread while over egg mixture. Place on hot griddle or skillet. Turn over and cook other side. Place on plate and butter. This is great with either powdered sugar, syrup, jam or peanut butter.
