4 large peppers mixed yellow red-orange, 1 32oz box veggie broth 2 tbsp olive oil 1 each of banana, jalapenos and chipotle peppers roasted 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup honey 3 tbsp chopped scallions 1/2 cup sour cream 1tsp cumin zest of 1 lime

In a bowl toss peppers with oil salt/pepper Roast over gas stove or grill until blackened. Put back in the bowl and let stand 10 min. Remove tops and seeds, chop place in a soup pot with diced onion and veggie broth. Bring to simmer and cover for 20 min. with a stick blender, blend until smooth or semi smooth. Add honey, salt/pepper mix well. heat for 3 min add sour cream and lime stir. top with scallions.
