2 eggs
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 oz.) cream-style corn
½ cup butter, melted
1 package (8½ oz.) cornbread/muffin mix
¼ tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in cornbread mix just until blended. Pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
