2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
2 cups carrots, drained and mashed
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp soda

Topping: 8oz. cream cheese, 16 oz. powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla,
1/2 stick butter, 1 cup pecans

Directions:

For cake: Sift dry ingredients together
Mix eggs with oil
Combine together and mix well
Pour into 9 x 13 pan
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º

For topping: Let cheese and butter soften to room temperature
When soft, mix all ingredients together
Spread on cake
