14 c. chopped tomatoes
3 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. sweet peppers
3 or more hot peppers
3 T. salt
1 T. chili powder
7 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
1 c. tomato sauce or paste

Bring to boil. Thicken with cornstarch. Put in jars and cold pack for 30 minutes.
