1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 cups rice cereal
1 cup sugar
2 ½ cups flour
2 2/3 cups coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and brown and white sugar together with eggs. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, and salt together, and add to the batter. Then add the coconut and cereal. Drop by spoonfuls on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
