14 oz. bag caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate cake mix
¾ cup melted margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, margarine, milk, and chips. Divide batter ¾ - ¼ Bake ¾ batter at 350 degrees for 16 minutes in 9x13 pan. Melt caramels and evaporated milk. Remove from oven, swirl caramels over top and crumble remaining mixture over top. Bake an additional 6-8 minutes.
