2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
4 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Chill 2 hours. Roll on the floured surface on cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup butter
4 ½ - 5 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together. Gradually add powdered sugar. Add food coloring for the desired color. Frost and enjoy!
