2 tbsp. oil
3 pounds boneless country-style ribs
salt and pepper
12 boiling onions
2 cups beef broth
barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a 12” Dutch oven over 9 hot coals, heat oil and brown ribs seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides. Add whole onions and cook until browned. Add broth, cover, and place 15 hot coals on top. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until meat is tender. Pour barbeque sauce onto the meat and cook covered for 30 minutes.
