1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cloves
4 large eggs
1 can (29 oz.) can pumpkin ( I like Libby's)
2 cans (12 oz.) evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour in 9X13 pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake 40 -50 minutes or until inserted knife come out clean.

Cool and serve.
