8 ounce cream cheese soft
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon milk

Bread:
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 ¼ cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. For the filling: Blend together all the filling ingredients in a 2-quart bowl until smooth. Set aside.
2. For the bread: Place oil, eggs, water and pumpkin in a bowl and blend until smooth. Add in all remaining
Ingredients and blend until smooth.
Spread half of the pumpkin natter in the bottom of a large loaf pan Then top with your cream cheese
mixture. Use a butter knife to swirl the cream cheese into the batter. Top with remaining pumpkin batter.
Bake for 80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
