Apple part:
Mix all the below together and put in the pan
3 cups apple slices (remove the skins before so)
¾ cups sugar
1 tblsp Flour
½ Tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Crisp part: (I always double the crisp topping to make it extra crispy!!!)
½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ cups flour
2/3 cups brown sugar
¾ oatmeal ( quick oats)
½ cups melted butter

8x8 pan
pre-heat oven to 375
cook for 30 minutes or until crisp is golden brown
