1 Pie Crust (Traditional, Oreo, or Graham Cracker)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 cups Whole Milk
4 Egg Yolks
7-8 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate (chips or bar – chop it up)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp. Butter
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, salt, and cornstarch in a pan.
2. Add milk and egg yolks. Whisk to combine.
3. Stir over medium heat until the mixture just barely comes to a boil and becomes thick. This takes about 7 minutes. Remove it from the heat and add the chocolate, vanilla, and butter, and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the pudding into the pie crust and place in the fridge to chill uncovered for 3 ½ to 4 hours.
5. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
