8 venison sausage links (I quartered
brats instead)
8 slices wheat bread- crust removed
2 large eggs
3 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Spray oil
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Set a large skillet over medium heat (spray with oil)
Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread
In a small fish, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and
vanilla. Dip each piece of bread in the mixture, then
place a sausage on the front edge of the bread.
Tightly roll up and press to seal the end
Add rolls to preheated skillet. Cook for 2 minutes
on each side then turn and cook for 2 minutes on all
sides (until golden brown)
Remove from heat and serve with syrup
