4-6oz sliced, cooked venison
steak (see backstrap steak recipe)
3 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
Diced red peppers
Diced onions
Cheese- optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
On a medium heat and sprayed pan- pour eggs.
Flip when no translucent egg remains.
Add ingredients and cook additional 1-2 minutes.
Fold one side on top of the other and serve
