4 c. diced celery
1 c. shopped onion
1 c. butter
4 qt. (19 cups) dry bread, cubed
1 tbsp. salt
1 ½ tbsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. pepper
¾ - 1 c. broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and onion in butter. Combine with bread cubes and seasonings; toss lightly. Add enough broth to moisten.

You can either stuff turkey or cook in oven until warm.

Enough for a 14-18 lb. turkey.
