2 (8½ oz.) packages cornbread muffin mix
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped yellow onion
3 cups chopped green onion
2 cups chicken or turkey broth (less for drier, more for moist)
1 T granulated sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread according to directions. In a large bowl, combine baked and crumbled cornbread, celery, yellow onions, and green onions. Mix well. Add broth. Add sugar to taste, if desired. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 375º in a 9x9 casserole dish.

This is Roddy's favorite cornbread dressing. Should be able to add oysters if desired. Use the oyster juice. Adjust the stock accordingly.
