4 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 c Crisco or lard
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
With fork mix together first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients. Combine the two mixtures stirring with a fork until all are moistened. With hands role dough into ball and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes but ideally 24 hours. Roll into desired shape. Can be left in fridge 3 days or frozen for a week.

Cindy Highly recommends making it the day before needed. DO NOT replace the lard with butter. It will leave your pie too oily.
